Future Soldier

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, from 17th to 19th October held FUTURE SOLDIER Fair Exhibition & Conference 2012. RADMOR and WB Electronics were present at the exhibition organized for 10 years as part of the Future Soldier project carried out by NATO. 

This exhibition is the perfect platform for the presentation of technological and design innovation in the area of ​​individual soldier equipment. Complete solutions were presented by companies from Germany - the "Gladiuss" program, from Norway - the "Norman" program and Poland - the "Titan" program. Czech Army also presented their own solutions to the future soldier equipment.

Polish Individual Combat System project called TITAN was presented at Soldier Division stand of the Bumar group. On the stand products of Bumar group of companies were shown: PCO, Dezamet, Mesko, Tarnow Mechanical Works, Radom Weapons Factory, Maskpol and companies of the WB group: WB Electronics and RADMOR. Our company presented a personal radio 35010 and Software Defined Radio 3507. WB Electronics showed a personal communicator PSI.

The exhibition was visited by a number of delegations taking part in the accompanying conference. At our booth we hosted, among others: General Mieczyslaw Bieniek, deputy of NATO's Allied Command Transformation d, Richard Froh, Assistant of NATO general Secretary and Dr. Romuald Hoffman, director of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Polish MoD.

The exhibition and conference held at the Prague Future Soldier provide the opportunity to exchange views and experiences of the twenty-first century challenges such as the fight against terrorism or the threat of attack in cyberspace. This event is also an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with representatives of the armed forces of NATO member countries.
